We would like to inform you that no errors have been identified on the part of Dos-Credobank OJSC and Simbank app. The reason for the temporary crediting of these funds is related to the work of the partner processing service that provides services for the said delivery services.
Currently, our partners are performing technical work to reconcile balances. The specified amounts are subject to write-off, so we kindly ask you not to cash out or use them for any expenditure purposes.
Once the work is completed and the situation is resolved, we will additionally inform you.
