Notice on the Discontinuation of «Balance» E-Wallet Services from December 14, 2026

Dear Customers,

We hereby inform you that the service for the "Balance" e-wallet, issued by Doscredobank OJSC, will be discontinued effective December 14, 2026.

• As of October 15, 2026, the service for topping up the "Balance" e-wallet will be suspended.
•  Until December 14, 2026, cash withdrawals from the "Balance" e-wallet will be available at all branches and savings offices of Doscredobank OJSC .
•  Until the e-wallet closure date, users may manage their existing electronic funds within the scope of available transactions.
