What is to be done:

  • Providing background information, advising clients on the Bank's services and products through all available official communication channels, handling incoming calls;
  • Resolution of conflict situations, registration of customer complaints and appeals;
  • Sales (incoming or outgoing calls);
  • Identification of the client before providing any information.

Our expectations from candidates:

  • Secondary/Incomplete/Higher economic, legal education;
  • Ability to work freely on a PC (Word, Excel) and other office equipment;
  • Knowledge of languages: Kyrgyz and Russian is mandatory (written and oral), English and other languages ​​are an advantage;
  • Good diction, culture and literacy of speech, acceptable pace of speech;
  • Good communication skills, stress resistance, intelligence;
  • Skill to work in team.
