Our expectations from candidates:

• Higher legal education;
• At least 1 year work experience in the specialty; in the banking sector - welcome;
• Knowledge in the field of civil, civil procedural, labor legislation, legislation regulating banking activities, legislative and regulatory acts of the NBKR, as well as provisions and instructions in the field of PFTD/LPD;
• Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel) at the advanced user level;
• Analytical and critical thinking.

What is to be done:

• Conducting legal examination of draft contracts, agreements;
• Pre-trial work on the return of overdue loans;
• Representing the interests of the Bank in courts with the right to perform all procedural actions provided for by the current legislation;
• Litigation work, participation in courts as a plaintiff, defendant, third or interested party;
• Participation in the work of the Credit Committee to review customer applications and other issues related to the Bank's credit policy.
