What to do:

  • Identification of business processes in the organization;
  • Description of business processes “AS IS” and modeling of business processes “TO BE”;
  • Analysis and optimization of duplicate and redundant stages in business processes;
  • Introduction and application of process management methods;
  • Leading the transformation of the organization from a functional management model to a process one;
  • Making proposals for changing and improving business processes;
  • Monitoring changes in business processes;
  • Business process risk management;
  • Drawing up reports;
  • Making proposals for digitalization and automation of business processes.

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • Higher economic education;
  • Experience in operational risks, internal/external audit, business analytics, business process management, in total at least 4 years;
  • Confident skills in working with office software: ABS Bank, MS Excel, Word, Visio, Camunda Modeler;
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and IDEF0 notations;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of organization, management, improvement and optimization of business processes (BPM);
  • Express communication skills;
  • Availability of specialized certificates.
