Requirements for a candidate:

• PC skills, knowledge of the standard computer package. MS Office programs;
• knowledge of languages: Kyrgyz and Russian (mandatory);
• stress resistance, friendliness;
• punctuality, responsibility;
• attention to detail, concentration;
• ability to work both in a team and independently;
• At least one year experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:

• processing customer requests;
• prepare the necessary reports;
• cold calls to potential clients.
