Regional Operations Manager of the Operations Department

Our expectations from candidates:

  • Higher economic education;
  • At least 4 years of experience in the banking sector (in a similar position is welcome);
  • Knowledge of the legislation on financial financial institutions, legislative and regulatory acts of the NBKR, as well as provisions and instructions in the field of PFTD/LPD;
  • A clear understanding of banking processes, operations, services, customer transactions and potential risks specific to the bank's activities;
  • Practical knowledge of the procedures for carrying out banking operations of the operating unit: opening and servicing accounts, deposits, bank cards, money transfers without opening an account, exchange operations, settlement and cash services;
  • Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel) at the advanced user level;
  • Analytical and critical thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel and travel frequently.

What is to be done:

  • Support and coordination of activities of branches and savings banks;
  • Analysis and preparation of proposals for the development, improvement of the activities of departments;
  • Support in the development of products of the operating unit;
  • Visits for audits and training of employees of the operating unit.
