Our expectations from candidates:
- Higher economic education;
- At least 4 years of experience in the banking sector (in a similar position is welcome);
- Knowledge of the legislation on financial financial institutions, legislative and regulatory acts of the NBKR, as well as provisions and instructions in the field of PFTD/LPD;
- A clear understanding of banking processes, operations, services, customer transactions and potential risks specific to the bank's activities;
- Practical knowledge of the procedures for carrying out banking operations of the operating unit: opening and servicing accounts, deposits, bank cards, money transfers without opening an account, exchange operations, settlement and cash services;
- Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel) at the advanced user level;
- Analytical and critical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Willingness to travel and travel frequently.
What is to be done:
- Support and coordination of activities of branches and savings banks;
- Analysis and preparation of proposals for the development, improvement of the activities of departments;
- Support in the development of products of the operating unit;
- Visits for audits and training of employees of the operating unit.
